Trade register extract or business intelligence report: what is the difference?
In Morocco, the trade register is kept by the commercial court where the company has its registered office and is centralised by OMPIC. The extract confirms the company legally exists: name, legal form, RC number, share capital, registered office and directors. It says nothing about its ability to pay. A business intelligence report starts from that official data and adds the analysis a credit or supplier decision needs.
Financial position
Review of the financial statements over several years (balance sheet, income statement and, depending on the format, management balances), with liquidity, debt and profitability ratios.
Credit risk
A risk assessment and a recommended credit limit, in dirhams and foreign currency, to set your payment terms.
Ownership and directors
Partners, shareholding structure, managers or board members and their positions in other Moroccan companies.
Security interests and proceedings
Pledges over the business recorded in the register, restructuring or liquidation proceedings and reported payment incidents.

Frequently asked questions
Why choose Finance Go for business intelligence in Morocco?
Mass databases are frequently outdated. Finance Go combines official OMPIC court data with fresh, bespoke investigations conducted at the moment of your request.
Which regions and cities in Morocco do you cover?
We cover the entire Kingdom: Casablanca, Tangier, Rabat, Kenitra, Fez, Marrakech, Agadir, and free trade zones (such as Tanger Med and Atlantic Free Zone).
Can you detect payment defaults and legal disputes?
Yes. Our reports examine commercial registry mortgages, court pledges, negotiable instrument protests, and vendor payment reputation.
What is the difference between a trade register extract and a business intelligence report?
The trade register extract proves the company legally exists and gives its registration details. A business intelligence report starts from that data and adds financial statement analysis, a credit risk assessment, ownership and registered security interests.
What do I need to identify a Moroccan company?
The company name is usually enough. The ICE (Identifiant Commun de l'Entreprise, 15 digits) or the RC number with the city of the registering court avoids any confusion between companies with similar names.
Which financial statements do you analyse for a Moroccan company?
The statements prepared under the Moroccan accounting code (CGNC), in the full or simplified format depending on company size: balance sheet, income statement and, for the full format, management balances and the funding table. We use up to the last three available financial years.
What is the turnaround time for a Moroccan company report?
Three delivery options: Flash (2 business days, for urgent files), Express (5 business days) and Standard (8 business days). All include the full financial analysis.
